Admission in the MPH & EMPH program for the Spring 2024 session is open now. Application Deadline: January 18, 2024.


Admission Time

Admission to the MPH program is taken three times every year as follows: January (spring session); May (summer Session), September (autumn session). Applications must be received by the following times for the respective sessions:

Admission Process

1. Preliminary evaluation and selection :
The admissions process at the School of Public Health is highly selective. The Admissions Committee employs a holistic admission process in which every single application is given a thorough review.
The preliminary evaluation and selection process for admission is based solely on information submitted by the applicant for inclusion in his/her application. Therefore, it is to the applicant's advantage to thoroughly prepare and submit all application material.
A selection committee goes through every application and evaluates the total background of a candidate as well as particular strengths and weaknesses. Following preliminary selection, short listed candidates are called for an admission test.

Financial aid Plan

School of Public Health provides up to 100% tuition waiver to deserving students based on previous academic, other relevant records and admission test results.
It's totally up to the selection committee to decide the final aid plan.

Application Documents

In order to apply to the MPH program make sure you have the following documents:

  • Passport size photograph.
  • Transcripts and certificates of SSC (or equivalent); HSC or (or equivalent).
  • Transcripts and certificates of bachelor and or master's degree.
  • Research/thesis paper (if applicable).
  • Certificates of extra-curricular activities (if applicable).

Students can submit completed application by mail or e- mail or deliver in person to the MPH Office of IUB.
Applications will not be processed until receipt of application processing fees. Payment of application processing fees can be made as cash to IUB MPH program office.
